Peggy  Lacey  joined the WV Radio Corporation team in October of 2002. Before moving to Charleston, Peggy managed the business operation of a full-service statewide Internet provider. Prior to that position, Peggy was solely responsible for the development and managememt of  NASA's AdaNet Software Repository help desk servicing over 9,000 users and was a founding member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Help Desk Institute.

Peggy was a member of Valley Ambulance service where she volunteered as an EMT, board member, and the Squad Training Officer. She also served as the Treasurer of the North Central Emergency Medical Services Board of Directors and a liaison to the WV EMS Advisory Council. Peggy majored in Business Administration at Fairmont State College.

Peggy is a volunteer for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central West Virginia. While she enjoys living in Charleston, she is still a country girl at heart and makes frequent trips to Preston County where is was born and raised. Peggy has three children, Amanda, Jonathan and Justin.
